Wild Birds Unlimited

The worker on 4/16 around 10:45am was really helpful in my time of need. I discovered that a baby bird that had fallen from his nest in my parent’s driveway…. Unfortunately the other didn’t make it and I was really emotional. I had no idea what to do with the other baby bird as he was in distress and its parents were looking for him. The worker calmly talked my mother and I through the steps to get him back in the nest, and how to properly handle the baby, and we secured the branches so it wouldn’t fall over again, saving the 2 other eggs that were in the nest too. I was really scared handling this tiny perfect creature but Birds Unlimited helped us save his life. Thank you❤️

I I recently visited the Wild Birds Unlimited store in Medford and was blown away by the exceptional service I received. I went in completely clueless about attracting birds to my yard. I had these charming little birds visiting my tree all the time, but they never seemed to find any food. One of the knowledgeable employees quickly identified the bird species and patiently guided me through the selection of feeders and birdseed. They even recommended a safe placement for my new items and provided a sample of high-quality seed. I was particularly impressed by the friendly and helpful atmosphere of the store. The employees clearly love birds and are passionate about sharing their knowledge. Thanks to their expertise, I'm now confident I can create a welcoming environment for my feathered friends. I highly recommend this store to anyone interested in bird feeding!" P.S. "I'm the gentleman with the light-up shoes who spoke with you about Amazon vine.

Always excellent service here! And great birdseeds, feeders, suets, and lots of fun gift items. The customer before me was very challenging, yet the employee remained patient and pleasant the whole time.
